TERMS FOR YUPPY PUPPY PET SALON SERVICES

  1. Health: The animal must be healthy. Grooming may aggravate pre-existing conditions (e.g., health issues, allergies, matting, joint sensitivity). Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon LLC is not liable for such conditions. Owners must inform us of any concerns.
  2. Vaccinations: My pet’s vaccinations are current. Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon LLC may request proof.
  3. Fleas & Ticks: If fleas are found, a Capstar pill ($10) and flea bath ($20) will be applied to your pet.
  4. Payment/Additional Fees: Full payment is due at pick-up. Prices may increase if unforeseen issues arise. Additional services will be approved before proceeding. Uncollected pets will incur a $10/30-minute sitting fee after the first hour.
  5. Sedatives: Sedatives must be prescribed by a vet and administered by the owner. Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions.
  6. Pre-Existing Medical Conditions: Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon LLC is not liable for anything related to pre-existing conditions (e.g., pregnancy, seizures, heart or tracheal issues). Owners must inform us of these conditions.
  7. Name, Image & Likeness Consent: I consent to Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon LLC using my pet’s image for promotional purposes, including photos, videos, and media.

Appointment Policy

  • Cancellations: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged $50 or full service cost, whichever is greater.
  • Appointment Confirmation: A confirmation text will be sent 2 days and 1 day before your appointment. By replying “Y,” you confirm your appointment and agree to arrive on time. If you do not confirm, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive after your scheduled time without prior notice, your appointment may be forfeited and rescheduled. We cannot guarantee your original appointment time for late arrivals. A rescheduling fee may apply.

No-Show Policy: After a no-show for an appointment, clients may be required to pay a deposit to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be credited toward the cost of the service.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon for appointment reminders and promotions.

  • Opt-out: Reply “STOP” or contact 1-844-YUP-PUPP.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard rates apply.

Audio & Video Recording Consent

Yuppy Puppy Pet Salon uses audio and video recording devices in and around the premises for safety, quality, and training purposes. By entering, you consent to the recording of you and your pet during any business-related interactions, including drop-off/pick-up, consultations, or promotional events.

In compliance with Florida law, your presence and use of our services confirm your consent to these recordings. Recordings are used internally and not shared unless required by law.
